Yo-de-lay-hee-hoo!

When I got home last night I picked up the mail and found a postcard from one of my former students, who's in Switzerland this summer. It was so nice to hear from her, and I was so proud: she had the commas and capitals in the correct places, and even used a dash! :) (Letter writing is a major focus in second grade.) It made me realize that I really should work with kids in some capacity; I truly enjoy interacting with them.
